OktoRocket Equipment Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At OktoRocket, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality communications equipment and exceptional customer support. This Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing equipment purchased through OktoRocket.
Returns
New and unopened equipment may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To qualify for a return, equipment must:
- Remain in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging
- Include all original accessories, documentation, and components
- Be free from damage, alterations, or signs of use
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an OktoRocket shipping error or fulfillment mistake.
Equipment that has been opened, activated, programmed, installed, configured, or used is not eligible for return.
Defective Equipment Exchanges
If equipment is determined to be defective within 30 days of delivery, OktoRocket will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The defect must be the result of a manufacturing fault
- The equipment must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or other excluded causes
Customers may be required to work with OktoRocket Support to troubleshoot and verify the reported issue before an exchange is approved.
OktoRocket reserves the right to inspect, test, and validate all reported defects prior to authorizing a replacement.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible equipment sold by OktoRocket is covered by a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
Following the initial 30-day exchange period, warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty procedures. OktoRocket will assist customers with troubleshooting and warranty claim coordination when applicable.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not include damage or failures resulting from:
- Physical or cosmetic damage
- Liquid exposure or water damage
- Electrical surges or power-related incidents
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
Replacement equipment provided under warranty may be new, refurbished, or equivalent equipment offering the same functionality and performance.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless received defective, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Special-order products
- Custom-configured or pre-programmed equipment
- Software licenses and digital products
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
- Consumable products
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims require prior authorization from OktoRocket.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any equipment. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.

Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A verified product defect
- An OktoRocket shipping or fulfillment error
OktoRocket will cover standard outbound shipping costs for approved warranty replacements and defective product exchanges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OktoRocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of business or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Labor or installation costs
- Downtime or productivity losses
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim arises from the use, failure, replacement, repair, or return of equipment purchased from OktoRocket.
Policy Updates
OktoRocket reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will apply to purchases made on or after the effective date of the updated policy.
