Re-provisioning removes old service settings from your devices and replaces them with the correct OktoRocket configurations so your phones register properly, place calls, and connect securely to our system. Customers with existing Yealink devices connected to other services can choose to have these reconfigured for Digital Concierge phone services at a cost of $25 per phone. This ensures a smooth transition without needing to replace your current hardware.
